This Privacy Policy explains what information Arc Tunes collects, how it is used, and your choices. Arc Tunes is a mobile timing game for iPhone.
Short version: Arc Tunes does not sell your data, does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising, and does not require creating an Arc Tunes account. Progress is stored on your device. Optional Apple Game Center features use Apple’s services under Apple’s terms. Ads are provided by Google AdMob with non-personalized requests by default.

This local data stays on your device unless you use optional Apple services described below or back up your device with Apple’s systems (e.g. iCloud device backup).
If you are signed into Apple Game Center, Arc Tunes may use Game Center so you can:
Game Center identity, display name, scores, and achievements are processed by Apple under Apple’s Game Center and privacy terms. Arc Tunes does not operate a separate Arc Tunes user account system.
Arc Tunes shows ads (for example rewarded videos to continue a run, and interstitial ads after a game over). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google may process device and ad-related information as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob documentation. By default Arc Tunes requests non-personalized ads where supported, which does not require an App Tracking Transparency prompt for personalized tracking.
If you purchase a future “Remove Ads” option (when available), ad requests will stop for that install.
Arc Tunes does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for data brokerage. Default ad requests use non-personalized ads. If a future version enables personalized ads, we will request permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework where required and update this policy.
Arc Tunes does not sell personal data. Data shared with Apple through Game Center is governed by Apple. Device backups (if you enable them) are handled by Apple or your backup provider. Advertising data processed by Google is governed by Google’s policies.
Arc Tunes is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of what Apple provides through Game Center when a player uses those features. Parents can restrict Game Center in Screen Time / Restrictions.
We may update this policy when the app changes (for example if analytics are added later). The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be reflected here and in the App Store listing as required.
