This Privacy Policy explains what information Ultra Beep Test stores and how it is used. Ultra Beep Test is a multi-stage fitness test coaching app for iPhone.

Short version: Ultra Beep Test stores team, athlete, and test data only on your device. It does not require an account, does not upload your data to our servers, does not sell your data, and does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the current version.

1. Information stored on your device

Ultra Beep Test may store locally (for example via SwiftData / app storage):

Team names, seasons, colors, and notes
Athlete names, jersey / ID numbers, and notes
Test results (date, level, shuttle, notes, protocol context when recorded)
App preferences (for example selected test protocol, mute / voice settings during a session)

This data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share a file (see below) or back up your device with Apple’s systems (for example iCloud device backup).

2. Exports and sharing

When you use CSV export, Ultra Beep Test creates a spreadsheet file and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose where to send it (Files, Mail, Messages, etc.). Those destinations are controlled by you and by Apple / the apps you pick — not by Ultra Beep Test servers.

3. What we do not collect

No Ultra Beep Test account, email, or password
No cloud sync operated by Ultra Beep Test in the current version
No advertising SDK, no sale of personal information
No precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access for the core app
No tracking across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising

4. How information is used

App functionality — run tests, save results, show charts, and export files you request
Preferences — remember protocol and UI choices on this device

5. Children

Ultra Beep Test may be used in school / PE settings. The app does not require accounts and keeps data on-device. If you use the app with minors, follow your school or organization’s policies for athlete names and exported spreadsheets.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes will be reflected in App Store privacy disclosures when required.
